The story
EcclesiaFlow was born in a church meeting room where a music director, an AV tech, and a volunteer coordinator were using separate spreadsheets, text messages, and email chains to plan a single Sunday service. It didn't have to be this complicated.
We built EcclesiaFlow to solve the exact problems we experienced. A tool that lets everyone on the team see the same schedule, know what they need to prepare, and communicate changes in real time. No more surprises on Sunday morning. No more scrambling for the right document.
Today, churches of all sizes use EcclesiaFlow to plan services with confidence. And we're just getting started. Our roadmap includes deeper media integrations and tools for worship planning that today don't exist yet.
